Antilog · AI-run operations

Marketing, operations and sales, run by AI built around your business.

We find the work in your business that AI should already be doing, then build the custom systems that do it. Owned by you, live in weeks, and growth that does not need more headcount.

Where the hours go

Not one of these takes long. All of them together do.

Each one only takes a minute on its own, so nobody stops to fix it. This is what they add up to before anyone notices.

  • 01

A quote that sits for two days because only one person knows how to write it.

  • 02

The same question, answered by email, most days of the week.

  • 03

Monday morning spent assembling numbers that already exist somewhere else.

  • 04

A spreadsheet copied out of one system and typed into another, by hand.

  • 05

A booking taken over the phone, then entered into the calendar a second time.

  • 06

A new lead left sitting in an inbox until someone finds a free hour.

The audit puts a dollar figure and an hour count on every line above.

What we build

Three things, and they feed each other.

Most shops sell you agents and leave the front of the business alone. The leads still arrive by accident and the site still cannot answer a question. We build the whole loop.

Agents built for your business, running your marketing.

Not a template and not another subscription. We build the agents around how you sell — your channels, your CRM, your tone — and deploy them inside your own accounts. Every Monday the summary below arrives already compiled. Nobody on your team made it.

The work so far

Two builds, and what came out of them.

Antilog is new and this is all of it. There is no wall of logos, because there are two clients. What there is instead is the detail of what was built, which is the part you can actually check.

Solar & battery · Canberra

Sunstak

A full website rebuild and the migration off the site they had. Thirty-three pages, and every URL the old site had ever published still resolves — the build refuses to deploy if one of them would 404, if a page loses its alt text, or if a form ships pointing at nothing that can send.

The brief

Rebuild the site and move it without losing a single ranking.

Why hiring stops working

Two ways to grow. Only one of them keeps going.

Add people

Each hire buys you one person's worth of output and one more thing to manage. Do it long enough and the line flattens out.

Add systems

Each system you build keeps working after you build it, stacks on the last one, and costs nothing to run a second time. That line bends up.

Output over time

Two growth curves over the same period. Adding people rises early and then flattens. Adding systems is slower at first and then climbs steeply past it. Add peopleAdd systems

Return on a hire, per hire
Times a built system runs

The second curve has a name in mathematics. It is called an antilogarithm. We named the company after it.

How they work together

One human, thirty agents, one job passing between them.

Work does not sit in an inbox here. It moves: from the human who takes the call to the agent that files it, the one that quotes it, the one that chases it, the one that books it, and the one that counts it on Monday. Every hand-off is written to the same memory.

The team

One human. Everyone else is an agent.

This is the actual Antilog org chart. Every role below is a system that was built once and has been running since. It is also the proof of the pitch, because it is exactly what we come and build inside your business.

The part nobody sells you

One memory, and every agent reads from it.

Most shops sell you automations one at a time, and each one starts from nothing. Ours write to the same place and read from it before they act, which is the difference between thirty tools and one operation.

It is a plain file per project, not a black box. You can open it, read it, and correct it — and the correction is live for every agent the next time one runs.

Shared state · read and write

  1. 01

    Nothing asked twice

A client answers a question once. The next agent that needs it reads it rather than emailing.

  2. 02

    One version of a price

What was quoted is what the follow-up chases and what the invoice matches.

  3. 03

    Context survives people

The person who ran the job leaving does not take the reasoning with them.

  4. 04

    Corrections stick

Tell it once that a rule is wrong, and every agent downstream is working from the fix.

  5. 05

    It compounds

Month six is better than month one because the store is deeper, not because anyone tuned it.

Why the work holds

The build refuses to ship broken work.

Twenty-nine checks run every time the site is built. Any one of them failing stops the deploy. Every rule exists because something went wrong once, and the reason is written above the rule in the code.

What it deliberately does not check is whether a claim is true. That is yours — you hold the facts and the risk. Everything above is a fact about the built file.

  1. 01

    Nothing that loses a ranking

Every URL the old site published still resolves. A redirect never points at a 404, never at itself, never through a chain.

  2. 02

    Nothing that drops a lead

Every form has somewhere real to post, and the build proves it can actually send before it will deploy.

  3. 03

    Nothing unfinished

Nothing half-written, no filler text left behind, and no figure baked into a page that will be wrong by next week.

  4. 04

    Nothing wrong to a reader

One heading per page, alt text on every image, a robots tag that says what somebody actually decided.

  5. 05

    Nothing off-voice

Banned words, and sentence-length thresholds measured against your own writing rather than anyone's preference.

How it goes

Three weeks, and you own it.

No retainer before there is something running. The audit is free and you keep the document either way, including the costings, whether or not you build with us.

What you keep

Four things, and all four are yours.

Four things end up in your hands — the document, the system, the runbook, and the person trained to run it. Not one of them needs us to keep working, which is the only test of ownership that means anything.

01

The audit

Every manual workflow, costed in hours and dollars, with the fix ranked by what it returns. It arrives as a document you can hand to anyone, including someone who is not us.

PDF + spreadsheet

02

The system

Runs on accounts, logins and API keys created under your business, not ours. If we disappeared tomorrow, it keeps running exactly as it does today.

Under your own billing

03

The runbook

What it does, how the pieces connect, and the first three things to check when it breaks. Written for whoever is on call at 9am, not for us.

Markdown in your repo

04

The operator

One person on your team, not ours, walked through every workflow until they can run it solo. Small fixes and daily troubleshooting are theirs from week one.

Imanuel Rocca

Founder · Southport, QLD

Every call, every audit and every decision about what gets built. There is nobody to be handed off to, which is the point.

Who you are talking to

An operator who got tired of the admin.

I ran a business before I built systems for them. I have done the quoting at nine at night, chased the same invoice three times, and rebuilt a spreadsheet somebody broke. That is the work I now take out of other people's businesses, and it is why the audit asks about your Tuesday rather than about your strategy.

  • Co-directed a building-materials company
  • Built and ran its platform, and Middow's
  • Imports, freight and landed cost
  • Xero, HubSpot, quoting and compliance
  • Paid ads, email, financial modelling

I have ADHD and dyslexia. It is the reason I see the pattern in someone else's operation in an afternoon, and the reason I built a company that runs without me remembering anything.

How it is built

Four rules that do not bend.

The worry is never whether software can do the job. It is what happens when it gets something wrong, and who is holding the keys when it does. These are the answers, and they are the same on every engagement.

  1. 01

    Your accounts, your keys

Everything is built inside your own logins and your own billing. No agency account in the middle, nothing that stops working the day we do.

  2. 02

    Separated per client

Each engagement has its own credentials and its own boundary. There is never one system holding the keys to everybody.

  3. 03

    A human at the gates

Anything that goes to your customer, spends your money, or touches production stops and waits for a person. That person can be yours.

  4. 04

    Logged, or not trusted

Every action an agent takes is written down. If a decision cannot be audited afterwards, it does not get automated in the first place.

Questions

Common questions.

The questions come up on every call, so here they are before you have to ask. Nothing below is a dodge — including the one about money.

Where does our data go? Does it leave Australia?

Depends on the system, and I tell you before we build it, not after. Some tools route through servers overseas — most AI models do — and where that's true, we map exactly which fields leave and design around anything sensitive: customer financials, health information, identity documents. If the honest answer for your business is that something can't leave the country, we build it so it doesn't.

Do we need someone technical?

No. You need someone who knows the business — what a good quote looks like, which jobs are worth chasing, what “finished” actually means. I handle everything technical, including the upkeep when a model changes underneath us. Your person's job is to say when an output looks wrong, and that's a business call, not a coding one.

How is this different from hiring someone?

A hire costs a salary whether the work exists that week or not, and comes with one set of skills. A system is priced once, runs at midnight without penalty rates, and stops costing you the day you stop needing it — no notice period, no leave, no salary review. Hire people for judgement and relationships. Build a system for work that looks the same every time.

What if it doesn't work?

Then we stop — that gets decided before we start, not argued about afterwards. The free audit exists precisely so we both know it's worth building before any money moves. Once something is live, if it genuinely isn't earning its keep, you're not locked into a contract that outlives the problem.

What clients say
